Room Rates
1-3 nights - $175.00/night plus tax
4 nights or more - $160.00/night plus tax
All rates are for single or double occupancy, both rooms sleep only 2 people. There is a 3 night minimum for holiday and some special weekends, all other weekends have a 2 night minimum. Prices are subject to change without notice.ice.

Special Discount Rates
Off-Season $150.00/night plus tax – room is best available, offered only selected dates.
Mid-Week $125.00/night plus tax – Sun-Thu, 2 nights or more, room is best available, offered only selected dates.
Senior $160.00/night plus tax – 55 years or older
Military $155.00/night plus tax – Active duty
Repeat Guests $160.00/night plus tax
Extended Stay – see above, 4 nights or more, rate.
Only one discount per reservation, they cannot be combined. Discounts apply to room rate only.

Deposits
A guaranteed deposit equal to one night’s stay plus tax is required for a reservation to be confirmed. The remainder of the cost of your stay is due upon arrival, payable by credit card, travelers check, money order or exact cash. Visa, MC and Discover credit cards are accepted. Personal checks are accepted if received at least 7 days prior to date of arrival, the reservation is confirmed when the check clears the bank.

General Policies

• Check In is 4:00-6:00 p.m. Late arrivals, up to 10:00 p.m., are accepted by prior arrangement only. No arrivals will be accepted after 10:00 p.m.
• No-Show - After 10:00 p.m., a guest that has not arrived or called will be considered a no-show. A no-show will be charged the full amount for all products and services requested.
• Check Out – 11:00 a.m., no exceptions without prior arrangement. Express check-out provided.
• Children 12 years and over are welcome.
• Pets – There are no facilities for pets. There is a cat in residence.
• Smoking – This is a non-smoking facility. There is no smoking/chewing tobacco allowed inside Abelard Inn. Smoking is allowed on the balcony or in the brick courtyard and ashtrays are provided. An automatic $350.00 cleaning and deodorizing charge will be made to your credit card for smoking anywhere inside the inn.
• Early Departure – There will be no refund for early departures. In special circumstances, a credit may be given for a future visit.

Cancellation Policy
There is a $25.00 fee for all cancellations and date changes made at least 7 days before check-in date. If cancellation is made less than 7 days from check-in date, the full amount for all nights and special arrangements will be charged. If the room nights are rebooked, a credit for a future visit will be given, minus the $25.00 fee. For No-Shows and Early Departures, please refer to the General Policies above.
This is a small B & B therefore cancellations have a great affect. When a reservation is confirmed, all other requests for that room are turned away. The guest agrees to pay for all nights reserved, at the price quoted.
